The mornings here are starting to cool off...and it feels wonderful. 65 degrees is the perfect temperature for a morning run. Although the weather was feeling great, my legs were not. ChaLean is making my poor little legs tired! I'm still feeling soreness in my glutes from Saturday's fabulous sweat session. The move she calls 'Screamers,'...they really do make your glutes scream! You can watch this video for a demo. You should watch it anyways to chuckle at the cat in the background like I did. :)

So anyway, I intended to do a 3-4 mile run this morning, but my legs just weren't up to par. Instead, I did 2 miles run/jog, then came to swoop up Mr.B. for another 1.5 mile speed walk. I finished up the morning with one set of the leg exercises I showed you guys yesterday.

I accidentally cut Endomondo off early while messing around with B's leash.
On another sidenote: anyone upgrade to Endomondo Pro? Is it worth the $5? (#budgetproblems)

Yup, the shirt I'm wearing in that picture is one of my new tanks I ordered from my shop. These tanks are seriously awesome! They are so comfortable.

I have a few up in the store right now. The other tank I got was the 'Varsity Letter' tank in heather grey. They have a really cut ruffle in the back, and they fit well. Both of my tanks are a M. Gosh, does everyone else love new fitness clothes as much as I do?

I might be sensing a giveaway coming up soon...

Breakfast this morning was a repeat of yesterday, because it was just that good. Plus I plan to eat more carbs than usual at lunch, so I decided to keep those off the menu.

Now I am going to sit and sip my tea while staring at Word trying to continue writing my scholarship essay. It's about half way finished. Tuesday's are usually dedicated to my undergraduate students that are working for me, so it's bound to be a busy day. Which is good, because busy means the time will fly! I mean, it is already 10:30, where has the morning gone? :)

I hope y'all have a fant-abulous day!
